Help Needed

There are several areas within the project where help is welcome and required. Below we listed some parts. If you want to help with some of the points listed below just come or IRC #webos-ports and ping ka6sox or morphis.

Help with writing applications/system services

  • Several of the core-apps (http://github.com/openwebos/core-apps) doesn't scale nicely on non-touchpad devices. They have to be eithe rewritten from scratch with enyo2 or being modified to support different screen sizes.
  • Preware2 needs help with polishing and getting stable
    • Need to setup feeds for webOS ports
  • We need to write our own phone application from scratch (either with enyo2 or as native qt5 application)
  • We don't have any synergy providers. We need to write them from scratch:
    • CalDAV/CardDAV is the most required one as it enables us to sync with mostly all the different sources like google, owncloud, ...
